Best for straightforward Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) applications.

You receive:

  • Preparing a submission letter does not mean representation of your case before IRCC

  • A Submission Letter (Letter of Explanation) is not a Letter of Invitation. Letters of Invitation must be prepared and provided by the host in Canada. We DO NOT draft, issue, or arrange Letters of Invitation.

Option 2: Customized Submission Letter Template*

Temporary Resident Applications Investment:
💼 $150 CAD + tax

Permanent Residence Applications Investment:
💼 $300 CAD + tax and up
(Final cost depends on application type and complexity)

You receive:

  • A fully customized submission letter

  • Written specifically for your situation and documents

  • Clear explanation of your purpose and supporting evidence

  • Identification of missing or unclear information (if applicable).**

**If more than two (2) errors or inconsistencies are identified, an upgrade to a paid DIY case review service will be required, as a submission letter cannot effectively support an incorrect or incomplete application.

How to Order

  1. ​Contact us by email at office@annavisa.ca and indicate the type of service you are looking for.

  2. Receive a service agreement - please review, sign, and return it.

  3. Submit your payment via e-transfer.

  4. Provide your application details and supporting documents (required for the customized letter, Option 2).

  5. Receive your documents:

  • A template (Option 1), or

  • A customized submission letter based on your individual circumstances (Option 2).
